Tehran (ISNA) – During weekdays ending up to October 22, 2020, more than 398,846 MT of commodities worth over 190 million USD were traded on the Iran Mercantile Exchange.

According to the report from IME International Affairs and PR, last week, on the domestic and export metal and mineral trading floor of IME, 162,476 MT of various products worth close to 102 million USD were traded.

On this trading floor, 145,484 MT of steel, 8,700 MT of aluminum, 7,400 MT of copper, 120 MT of molybdenum concentrates, 12 MT of precious metal concentrates as well as 700 MT of zinc ingot were traded by customers.

The report declares that on domestic and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of IME, 236,062 MT of different commodities with the total value of 91 million USD were traded.

On this trading floor, 55,000 MT of VB feed stock, 30,831 MT of bitumen, 63,568 MT of polymer products, 30,648 MT of chemical products, 43,500 MT of lube cut oil, 1,420 MT of insulation, 2,965 MT of base oil, 150 MT of argon as well as 8,000 MT of sulfur were traded.

Furthermore, 308 MT of commodities were traded on the side market of the IME.
